Heading into the Sydney Opera House to see The The in concert seemed like the perfect opportunity to visit Endeavour, housed in the stunning 1800's heritage building on the corner of Argyle and Harrington Streets in the heart of the Rocks. The building has an interesting past including Wine Odyssey wine bar, a hotel and even a brothel at one stage.

Endeavour is a member of the "Certified Independent" brewers in Australia, along with around 600 other micro brewers, and is actively educating everyone that 85% of beer sold in Oz has foreign ownership.

Tasting board is 4 x 150ml glasses, selected from 12 different taps. The Core Brews taps 1-5 include a ginger, lager, draught, ale and pale ale, and taps 6-12 are constantly rotating with seasonal and experimental brews.
