COLDPLAY CANDLELIGHT CONCERT SERIES

Fever's Candlelight Concert series is familiar to anyone with a social media account. The photo showing hundreds of candles in a dark room with a violinist on stage has been filling our instagram feeds for months, so much so that I finally booked tickets.

Jumping onto the Fever website you quickly learn the volume of different artist showcased in their concerts, over a dozen, Coldplay, Dua Lipa, Fleetwood Mac, Imagine Dragons, Queen, Radiohead, Rihanna, Sinatra, Taylor Swift, Tracy Chapman, U2 and well as few cobination best off shows.

The songs and music of Coldplay just seemed to lend itself the best to the interpretations of a string quartet. This being the best experience, I wanted to be as close as possible with the best seats they had. Therefor if nothing else, we get the photo of thousands of candles up close and personal.

Tickets are unassigned and sections, on arrival the usher takes you to your area and you seat yourself. Being a little early helps here, we were seated facing the stage, in the first row.

The concert itself was great, its the music you know and love from your favourite band, as interpreted and performed by an exceptionally talented string quartet. Starting at 830pm and lasting 60minutes, is the perfect length as i'm not usually a strings or classical music lover. this also gave us plentry of time for dinner at Bambini Trust Restaurant and Wine Bar.
